In my video I talked about something I learnt.

 

Phenylketonuria (PKU)

 For science we had to pick a genetic disease that we have to present about in class. I picked Phenylketonuria also known as (PKU), is a disorder that begins at birth.

 For science we had to make something that'll be able to make a table tennis ball go further by using a 

plastic spoon, ice block sticks, a cardboard cup, paper clips and tape. Kahu, Manaia, Ardeejah, Havahna, Koiora and I manged to make a catapult for this experiment. it was a fun experience for all of us to try out. 

 This was funny to do as a group with many attempts but with a mean group. :)

Leadership & Government

 Leadership & Government learning the difference about the responsibility they take. 

Leadership is shown to me by someone, a leader who will take care and guide others to be what they believe in.

A government by the whole population or all illegal members of a state. 

A government is a person who will make sure the county is in safe hands and will do the right thing to be able to live a healthy life.

These concepts relate because this is a way we can learn about the two different things that people do for everyone else.

I feel the similarities between Leadership & Governments explain the same thing from what I’ve learnt from term 1 when we learnt about human rights. Leaders & governors are similar because they do the right thing for others by doing as well as they can to protect others.

It got me thinking by making me think about the different things they’ve signed up for. About the difference between a leader & governor.

My research can change some of the thoughts of a leader & governor. The plan can change by making them think of the difference within themselves.

My overall view of this topic is, how much I’ve learnt about the difference between a leader & governor. The different roles they play to help others in different ways. They are very similar but in different ways.

science fair. food colouring

For the past week or 3 we have been researching for a science fair topic to work on The topic that I have chosen for the science fair is, DOES THE COLOUR OF FOOD AFFECT WHETHER OR NOT WE CAN IDENTIFY THE FLAVOURS? We haven't finished our research but there is a way to test if the colour of food effects our liking of food, for instance we can make a blueberry muffin and colour it orange or make purple banana muffins or green white chocolate. So there are possible ways to test the liking of a certain coloured foods.  :)

today Havahna and I are planing how we're going to present our science fair. We're gonna start next week Monday by getting all of our food that we need for baking at school on Monday.
